Every Super Shop WP Pro purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If the product is not right for your store, you get a full refund.

How to request a refund

Within 30 days of purchase, contact us at contact@supershopwp.com (or via the contact page) from the email address used at checkout, and include your order reference. That is all we need.

Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Scope

The guarantee covers first purchases of Pro licenses. The free version is free — nothing to refund. We reserve the right to decline repeated purchase-refund cycles that indicate abuse of the guarantee.
